Raptor Rubs Cowboy Steak Rub - Catering Pack

A robust and smoky blend of Spanish smoked paprika with a hint of chili, cumin and garlic to enhance beef and steak. Great on barbecued and grilled burgers, steaks and kebab skewers.
Ingredients: Freshly ground and batch-blended in New Zealand from the highest quality local and imported ingredients: Natural Coconut Sugar, Spanish Smoked Paprika, Organic New Zealand Kosher Sea Salt, Cumin Seeds, Cracked Black Pepper, Garlic, Texan Spices and Chilli Powder.
How to use: Sprinkle or massage Raptor Rubs all over steak, beef fillets and kebabs before frying, grilling and barbecuing. Rub strips of beef and grill or fry gently, then toss through salads, stir- fried and roast vegetables. Mix into casseroles and burger patties. Raptor Rubs are also delicious on vegetables.

The best rub we have had in NZ, 1st brought at the Martinborough Fair in Feb this year and can't get enough, so we brought the catering pack to last us longer!

The Cowboy Steak Rub has been a standard ingredient in my BBQ'ing for years. I could not imagine being without it.
