A bit hot and spicy with smoky Spanish smoked paprika; Tex-Mex herbs and spices and a gutsy kick of chili pepper. Fantastic on grilled and barbecued beef, steak, chicken and pork added to burritos.
Ingredients: Freshly ground and blended in New Zealand from locally grown and imported gourmet ingredients: Spanish Smoked Paprika, Dark Cane Sugar, New Zealand Kosher Sea Salt, Cumin, Garlic, Coriander, Black Pepper, Parsley, Oregano and Chilies.
How to use: Sprinkle or massage Raptor Rubs all over steak, beef fillets and kebabs before frying, grilling and barbecuing. Rub strips of beef and grill or fry gently, then toss through a salad and wrap into burritos, tortillas and tacos. Mix into casseroles and burger patties. Raptor Rubs are also delicious on vegetables.
