A subtle and smouldering blend of thyme and Spanish smoked paprika. Lightly grill salmon fillets to perfection with a caramelised layer of rub. Also great on roast vegetables. 

Ingredients: Freshly ground and blended in New Zealand from locally grown and imported gourmet ingredients: Dark Cane Sugar, Spanish Smoked Paprika, New Zealand Kosher Sea Salt, Thyme and Cracked Black Pepper.

How to use: Sprinkle or massage Raptor Rubs all over salmon fillets, chunks and kebabs before baking, frying, grilling and barbecuing. Rub the top layer of a fillet skin-side down and grill gently, then serve with risotto, stir-fried vegetables, rice or pasta dishes. Raptor Rubs are also delicious on vegetables.
