An inspired blend of Mediterranean herbs and spices to enhance delicate white fish, prawns & shellfish. Also great on lamb and venison.
Ingredients: Freshly ground and small batch blended from the highest quality local and imported ingredients: Rubbed Parsley, Thyme, Sumac, Tomato Flakes, Lemon Zest, Garlic, Dill Weed, Cracked Black Pepper and Greek Herbs and Spices.
How to use: Drizzle a little oil over white fish fillets, whole fish, salmon, prawns and shellfish and sprinkle with Raptor Rubs Greek Fish Rub before frying, grilling, baking and barbecuing. Sprinkle over fish and prawns then grill or fry gently and toss through salads, risotto and fish chowder. Our Greek rub is also delicious on lamb and game meats including venison and duck.
