Freight & Terms

Payment Options

Bank Deposit: Once you select 'Bank Deposit' as your method of payment, your order will be placed with us and our bank account details will be displayed in your shopping cart and emailed to you with confirmation of your order. Please note that you order will not be processed until we receive payment from your bank account. Please use your name and order number as the reference. This can take up to 2 working days to process. Once we have seen your payment we will process your order and send an email to say when it has been sent.

Credit Card: We currently use the Paypal payment gateway to process credit cards. Just fill in your credit card details or use your existing Paypal account to login. You can create a Paypal account for faster, secure processing of future orders.

Freight

International Orders: Our automatic freight options are for New Zealand deliveries only. if you wish to have your product delivered to an overseas address please email us to arrange a freight quote for you.

New Zealand Freight Costs: Freight costs will be automatically calculated at the checkout based on your postcode. Please note that the courier rates for our orders are weight-based. We will calculate the gross weight for shipping to include the product containers and any packaging used. To reflect the policies of the delivery companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full gram or kilogram.

New Zealand Freight Tmes:  When you place an order, we will estimate freight and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the freight provider you choose, freight date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Returns Policy

We take great care to produce New Zealand's highest quality, natural herb and spice blends, and we love nothing more than hearing from our happy customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Raptor Rubs please let us know.

If you have received a defective product: We will replace the product or refund in full including postage. Please choose carefully as we will not refund if you have simply changed your mind or ordered the incorrect products.

If you have ordered the wrong product: We will happily exchange it, so long as the products are returned in their original condition, within 10 days and with the tamper seal intact. You will need to cover the return postage costs and the cost for us to resend the replacement product. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Refund Timing: You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return freight company, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the freight company (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item: Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
